Honey Carob Cake
2 c. Paul's Grains' Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. honey
2 eggs
7 Tb. carob powder
5 Tb. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. water

Sift dry ingredients in small bowl. In mixing bowl, cream butter; add honey one Tb. at a time, beating well after each addition to keep batter smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

Blend in the carob and water mixture, and vanilla. Add the rest of the flour alternately with water and beat very well. Bake in a 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
