Gingerbread
1/2 c. boiling water 1/2 c. shortening or oil 1/2 c. honey 1/2 c. sorghum 1 beaten egg 1 1/2 c. Paul's Grains' Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger Pour water over the oil, honey, and sorghum, stir to soften. Add the egg and beat. Add dry ingredients and beat till smooth. Bake in greased 8" square pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
